Rental facts & Guidelines

We ask that any DJ or Band not be set up over Restaurant.
Damage Deposit & Liquor Permit.
Limited Use Elevator: For necessary use only. Children not allowed without adult.
KEYS ~ 5 LOCATIONS TO SECURE; 4 exit doors and elevator (2 doors front, 2 doors back)
Hold elevator door open on 2nd floor by using key in bottom lock, turn to stop.
When the air conditioner is being used, please leave windows closed.
Please turn off ALL lights when leaving and EXTINGUISH ALL CANDLES. Grand Room ceiling lights have dimmer switches.
No Open Flame. If using our Centerpieces ~ Hurricanes & Martini Glasses, in consideration of others please leave clean for next person. (Clean & leave on serving counter)
PLEASE DO NOT DRAG TABLES & CHAIRS. LEAVE TABLES WHERE THEY ARE & FLIP CHAIRS UP ON TABLES, so floors may be cleaned properly.
Nails, tacks, staples, glue (including glue guns) or duct tape are not to be used on any surface. Handrails and stairs are to be kept clear for safety reasons.
The Furniture & Trees are here for every ones enjoyment, we ask that you not move them, nor eat or drink on the sofa. Unused tables & chairs may be stored under the staircase. Fireplace mantle may be moved.
General Clean up: Please leave facility in a clean rentable condition, by 9 a.m. the following day. If additional cleaning is necessary it is billed at a rate of $25.00 per hour. Sidewalks need to be cleaned front and back. There is a 36” dust mop and a commercial mop & bucket in the utility closet. For mopping just hot water works well with a small amount of Murphy’s Oil Soap.
Garbage must be removed event night. Our dumpster is the 1st one to the left of the back door. You may fill it up, but the lids need to close.
Please clean up spills immediately as they can seep through floor to businesses below.
NO glitter, birdseed, rice, or confetti. Flower petals are allowed.
Turn in keys through mail slot at bottom of rear stairs.
